We source our products directly from small-batch farmers across the Mediterranean. Our olive oils are cold-pressed and harvest-dated, while our spices are all-natural, non-irradiated, and free from fillers to ensure maximum potency and flavor.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. While most of our products are shelf-stable, we use specialized protective packaging to ensure glass bottles and delicate spices arrive safely and maintain their freshness during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your Mediterranean ingredients. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure your complete satisfaction.
